Welcome to Day 2 of the Gratitude Course

I'm glad you decided to continue on this journey with me and we'll start today with our checklist, followed by an article Our Bodies: Physical, Emotional, Mental and Physical as we place our focus today on our bodies. In addition, you'll find much more including -
